Sinar to Toyo

Does any one know of a Sinar to Toyo 110 mm square adapter panel for sale, or even better does anyone have one I could borrow? Thanks, Dennis.

Aren't toyo boards larger than sinar? which would mean making a 'step' with a male sinar and female toyo...?
If not I think a guy on the auction site (in the US) made inexpensive mdf 'adapters' for going from a larger lensboard to a smaller one. Thought he had Toyo to Sinar, but not the other way around...
