WTB: 180mm today!

Anything to sell (WTS) or looking for anything specific (WTB)? Anything advertised on this forum comes with the usual "buyer beware" advice; it is up to the purchaser to assure themselves of the integrity of the supplier and item being sold. It is also the responsibility of the seller to ensure that payment is forthcoming before parting with said item.

WTB: 180mm today!

Post by Marc Wilson » Thu Oct 27, 2011 12:11 pm Etc/GMT-1+01:00

Tricky one this!
I need a 180mm lf lens for a shoot in Suffolk this Saturday.
(A 210mm could work but 180mm better..not sure if I can get back far enough for 210!)
A shop in London has 3 or 4 to choose from but I'd rather my money goes to someone here.
I can pay for it today with paypal or instant bank transfer.
But I'm off to London this evening so would need it sent to my address there not my home address here in Bath...or could pick up in London tomorrow afternoon or around Brighton area in morning.

So if you can help let me know!

Thanks,
Marc

Hi Marc

I have an old'ish Symmar 180 that I could let you borrow for the weekend if you would like. I'm literally just off J7 of the M4 which you would be passing... let me know

I have a Sinar Sinaron S 180mm MC in DB mount that I do not wish to sell but can loan you if it's of any use? If you do not have a Sinar camera and shutter you can just swap the elements into a copal 1.

I will be working in London tomorrow so if its of any use some arrangement to either collect it or drop it off should probably be possible.
