Toyo View 5x4 - Schneider-Kreuznach Xenar 1:4,7/135 lens, shutter release cable, extension rail, view screen cover, dark slide, Polaroid 405 holder for Fuji FP100 Instant film. I also have a padded hold-all bag in which it was stored/transported, and I'm happy to include that in the sale.
The previous owner mentioned "two pin pricks" on the lens, however I couldn't locate any, and the image quality is superb (link to images below).
