This Wilkinson tempering unit is essentially a 25L water bath which plumbs to a tap, has a heating element in the bottom, and holds six 1L bottles which can be heated to and held at your desired temperature, regulated by a thermostat. The metal bodywork is in excellent condition. Although I have not used it, I have plumbed it in and it all seems to work. I would be delighted if someone could make use of it.
