I have managed to get an upgrade to a s/h 45SU very economically to solve my longer bellows problem so my 45S is now for sale. I have owned it since new but for a brief period spent with a couple of other forum members. Condition is excellent, some marks on the tripod plate but other than that slight signs of use. Bellows are still soft and pleat correctly. Comes boxed with standard ebony screen, protector and lens cover plate.
