i have had this flashmate for a couple of years so it has seen a bit of use and has a few of the usual scuff ect but over all it is in good condition.

i dont have any instructions but im sure they are on the net somewhere.

£75 plus £5 for recorded delivery, payment needs to be via bank transfer.
