Anything to sell (WTS) or looking for anything specific (WTB)? Anything advertised on this forum comes with the usual "buyer beware" advice; it is up to the purchaser to assure themselves of the integrity of the supplier and item being sold. It is also the responsibility of the seller to ensure that payment is forthcoming before parting with said item.

Thank you for this information. My price was based on the 'buy it now' price of the one box of 4x5 Velvia 50 that I could find on eBay (bundled with some Astia) and the assumption (incorrect as it now transpires) that Velvia 50 was no longer available in sheets via any of the main retailers internationally.

Importing Velvia from the United States will probably cost more than £47 a box. Badger's price is USD 74.99. Then add shipping, 20% import VAT on the lot (including the shipping) and the cost of the currency conversion (the exchange rate and any foreign transaction fee that your bank may charge) and you're probably looking at around £60. Still, that's a good deal. Looking at Badger's prices for Provia as well I'm amazed that any of the UK retailers are able to shift any of their stock of Fuji reversal films.

Anyway, in light of this information, I will reduce my asking price for this Velvia to £75 including UK next day shipping - which is less than the £76.82 it would cost to buy and ship a new box of Provia from AG here in the UK - and they and the other UK stockists are (as far as I am aware) out of Velvia.
