Looking for a shutter repairer

Hi All,
Heres the story...
I bought a SA 8/90 on ebay, along with a rare-as-hens-teeth cone board for an MPP. I knew when I bought it that the shutter was faulty; the glass is beautiful though, and the price was very good.
The shutter looks fine but has 2 blades displaced and is locked up. A quick peek under the cover indicates that the mechanisim, other than this, is in pristine condition. I now need to get the shutter fixed or to replace it. A few questions you may be able to help me with...
Does anyone know of a good, reliable shutter repair service in the UK? Until recently there used to be a specialist near Montpellier in Bristol, but I can't find his address.
Can the Compur #00 be replaced with a Compur #0, or with a Copal; if so how is the element spacing maintained as these are thicker than the #00?.
Who could do the replacement and relacibrate the aperture?
If all else fails, has anyone got a working #00 they would be prepared to sell me?
I know that I can get this done in the US, but don't really want to send the shutter all the way over the pond.
Many Thanks
Steve
