Just got myself an MPP Mark VII with 135mm lens.
Havent shot film for over a decade as I use Canon Dslr at work.
So decided to get back to the little bit of magic that one feels shooting film.
Hello to everyone and hopefully post some images soon....when I remember how to use the camera!
A big hello from Bolton.

Welcome. I did my degree (as a mature student) at BIHE, as it was then. Now, I gather Bolton Uni has a thriving photographic department, so you could have some competition there

Hi Joanna,
Competition for what exactly??

Re: A big hello from Bolton.
Competition to be the only large format in the village? LOL
I have am MPP MKVII and MKVIII and I love them. They have a good complement of movements and are quite compact despite being a bit heavy. There is a Sonic The Hedgehog padded bag from Game for about a tenner that the MPP fits in to along with a meter and cable release.
I'm sure you'll enjoy the camera.
