Hello from Oxford

Post by Nasir Hamid » Mon May 09, 2011 12:10 am Etc/GMT-1+01:00

Hello everyone,

I am not new to large format photography but I am returning to it after many years of using digital. I'm using a Wista DX which I bought new in 1990. Currently I've been using black&white film which I process in a Combiplan hand tank. So far so good.

My plan is to do portrait photography with it and so far the shoots I've done have worked out nicely, one of which can be seen here:

Back in the early 90's I worked in a photo lab, hand processing E6 film. Processing b&w is all new to me so I'm working my way through film and developer combo's, learning along the way.

Cheers,
Nasir

Welcome Nasir, some great work on your flickr stream. Oxford is somewhere I've never photographed which is ridiculous as I only live 30mins away!
