meetings

Post by Barry Fisher » Mon Sep 12, 2011 5:32 am Etc/GMT-1+01:00

Hi all,
My name is Barry Fisher, I have been a member of this forum for some time now.
I am returning to LF photography after many years of small format photography and am having trouble with exposure.
If there is to be a course somewhere I would like to be on it.
Could you please tell me when the next course or meet is coming up.

I thank you.

Barry.

Welcome back Barry

Even if there aren't any workshops forthcoming I'm sure there will be someone in your part of the UK (Joanna's already asked the question) who'll be willing to meet up for a day.

Thanks for the replies so far. I live in Dronfield Derbyshire. I would be willing to travel to get advise though.

Thanks,

Barry

Barry, if you are willing to travel to Manchester, I would be willing to arrange something there.

As a total newbie to LF, I'm definitely up for a meeting and to learn from the more experienced LF users amongst us. I'm based in Essex but I am more than willing to travel anywhere within a 250 mile radius (including Manchester) if there's a few hours of tuition / practice on offer.

The only caveat is that I'm not going to be available from 03/November to 24/November inclusive as we are off on holiday to Cambodia and Thailand. The Wista is staying at home as no real point lugging it around the planet if I know not how to get the best out of it.

Paul, you can pop over any time for a session out in the landscape with the Wista, I've had mine about 25 years now. I suspect you'll be away when we have a Midlands get together.
