Hello Folks,
New to the group. While a pro photographer for a good few years I am just getting into large format. Interested in analog at present for personal work on large format. Have a nice Sinar P2 (5x4) kit with 6 lenses and panels etc. and an old Linhof Technika Press (1956) which is nice and light for landscape work complete with original 150mm lens. I also have a Kodak Specialist W/Plate with a 5x4 back also and a 240mm lens - going to sell soon.
Have gone through the colour & B&W darkroom stage into digital for my day to day work. Like the idea of shooting landscape in B&W, all though haven't ruled out tranny as I have a freezer with a bit of it. Love the control both needed and achieved with large format. At present developing in a JOBO, but might go back to filling my Kodak deep tanks. Love to try some 10x8, but film & cameras very expensive. Also hard to get a good supply of 10x8 film.
That's just about all for my intro. Hoping to learn and develop (pardon the pun) my large format skill & knowledge.
Cheers,
