Hello fellow LF-users

I have just joined up but am not a newcomer to LF, having had a Wista Cherry wood 4x5 for about 25 years. I've been all over the world with it.

I am at a point in my career when I hope now to have much, much more time on my photography, so I am hoping to buy a Linhof Technika before the year is out. I use colour transparency (Fuji Velvia/Provia) and B/W (Ilford FP4 Plus) film, and have a home darkroom. This is used for all my B/W processing and printing and used to be where I made colour Ilfochrome prints. These days, I get the transparencies scanned and have Fujiflex high-gloss prints made - stunning! I use 75, 120, 210 and 400 mm Schneider and Rodenstock lenses.

I'll write more another time.

Robert

Welcome, Robert! There are still plenty of LF users in these days of digicams. When you get time, please feel free to post some of your photographs.

I am new to the website - how do I actually post pictures and what is the max size of an image please?

Yours

In the reply screen there is an option to upload an attachment. It's a tab next to the options tab. If you can't see it then it's possible that you don't yet have permission being a newbie, in which case a pm to one of the mods/admins should help.
