Hello all,

Totaly new to L.F. Baught a book, (the Steve Simmons one) after buying the camera, Sinar Norma. can see lots of head aches ahead. Prehaps it is just as well that I had to send my only lens off for repair(slow shutter) to give me time to try and understand what I am reading before ruining more film than I am normaly capable of.

Recognise some names from APUG here and have recently joined the LF forum. Sort of found this place by accident, great as those other places are it is nice to find a more local based forum.

I see ther are a couple of other West Waleians here, I am on the coast just outside of Aberaeron, if you feel so inclinedI would appreciate a call, my ignorance is only exceeded by my enthusiasm.

Best regards to all Paul.

Welcome Paul,

Thanks all for the welcome. Will try to not ask too many silly questions, learning curves I can just about cope with, this is a cliff face, is'ent life fun when one has a challenge.
