Hello.

I'm John Wilson, I'm just making the scary transition to Large Format Photography.

This group was recommended to me by Steve Bell at a recent Flickr meet in Aylesbury.

I have a Horseman LX monorail camera.

I started getting interested in photography in 2006 with digital cameras. Since then I have discovered what wonderful things you can do with 35mm and medium format film.

In the last year or so I have been trying to acquire the discipline of making fewer, better exposures - I think the Horseman is going to help with this a lot!

Always good to hear of someone coming from digital. Have fun with that rather fine camera.
