My photographic days are over!

Anything to sell (WTS) or looking for anything specific (WTB)? Anything advertised on this forum comes with the usual "buyer beware" advice; it is up to the purchaser to assure themselves of the integrity of the supplier and item being sold. It is also the responsibility of the seller to ensure that payment is forthcoming before parting with said item.

Hi Dave,

I'm potentially very interested in 10x8 gear - camera, film holder and some lenses.

Secondly, RZ67proii film backs and possible Nikon SLR lenses.

Can you let me know the 10x8 gear that you have with some idea of prices?

Tim

Thanks to those that have sent PM's and postings. There seems to a lot of interest in lens's and 10x8 gear so I will draw up a list when I am next at the location they are at, but I can't promise to take photos of them all :( I can say that I have the following in a 90mm lens.

90mm f6.8 Angulon on MPP cone panel for MK VII
90mm F8 Super Angulon, Sinar DBM mount (no shutter but Sinar f5.6 and f4 auto Copal shutters available)
90mm f4.5 Sinaron, mount as above

Open to offers....Cheers Dave

Looks like you're not going have any spare time now you've decided to sell your gear!

Dave,

Shame - I'm sure that this was not an easy decision. Funny thing is I'm seeing quite a few photographers loosing the will to shoot at the moment. A virus perhaps?

I might be interested in the Elinchrom kit - what have you got?

Hi Dave
Sorry you are de-LFing. Still looking for Jobo CPE2 or similar, you know, that one you bought in a boot sale for spares, repair, restoration. Don't mind leaks, burnt out motor, heater element etc, finely honed bodging skills can solve most problems. Have tank, some bottles and grads but maximum budget is an insulting £50 unless I win the lottery, which is unlikely because too skint to buy tickets.
Ever Hopeful.
Regards
Adrian.

Have you seen this one on eBay? Can't imagine there'll be many looking for one in this condition.

That same seller had a heater and control unit up last week.

I got my CPE/2 for £64 including several drums and loads of extras, so you can get lucky if you persevere, there does seem to be something of a run on them at the moment though.

Hi DJ,Peter
I've seen it and will probably put a bid in but something goes a bit crazy with Jobo prices, the motor/heater unit that John "rubylips" had on last week went for £70 including suspicious spark mark on element. I almost went crazy for it but I suspect the price would have topped £100 if I had. As you say, patience is a virtue and somewhere out there, is one with my name on it. John "rubylips" (a dealer) seems to have struck a goldmine here, trouble is, with bargain CPE2s, you are now bidding against dealers who know they can make a profit on even the ones in the worst condition, because they can strip it for parts. I have dropped him a line to see if he comes across anything which he would be too embarrassed to ebay but so far, no joy.
If you see anything that I've missed, please get in contact. ( £64!!! You lucky sod.)
Regards
Adrian.

Don't suppose you have a Pentax Digital Spotmeter in your collection Dave?

Hi Dave

I'm after a 135mm lens if you could let me know what you've got going.

Thanks

Paul
