Liquid capacity for Jobo 2 spiral tank

I shall be developing batches of 12 sheets in a 2 spiral capacity tank tomorrow and need to know the recommended liquid capacity of the tank for use in a Jobo CPE2. I know that the 6 sheet tank takes 270mm (or a recommended 250mm), but there is no information on the side on the side of my 2 spiral tank.

I don't have a double spiral tank but if it can be assumed the double tank is twice the height of the single tank then surely the amount of chemistry required will be double i.e. 270ml x 2 = 540 ml.

Thanks numnutz, the thought did occur to me but this makes the chemical beakers too small. Does this mean that you need a bigger machine?

Sean, I succesfully developed 3 batches of 12 sheets with 2 beakers of 250ml of chems in the past, in a 2553 drum. I think the recommended quantity of chems is 640ml but you will be fine with 500ml as long as you use the 2509n reels.

Thanks Bogdan. Did you use a Jobo CPE2, if so how did you keep that amount of chemicals at a stable temperature as the beakers only measure up to 260mm?

Cpe2 it was. I used two beakers per chem, 6 beakers in total, 4 in the holes and 2 in the bath on the side of the drum.
