Fun, but how do you go about resynthesising your image? Is that done in silico or with good ol' optics?
Would it work with CMY filters?
Thanks,
Charles

Bonjour Charles T
Hello Charles T

I can try to explain the trichromy in English
But for hard question,
You can have many respons in my blog

RVB use hard color, and select by 1/3 of spectral visible
CMJ are low color and select by 2/3 of spectral visible
Il is not good at all, ou have not sélectec, you have every think in every think, and no realy colors.

<<but how do you go about resynthesising your image?<<

With un scanner and photoshop

You can see

<<Is that done in silico or with good ol' optics?<<

With Tri-X 320 and goog moderne optique of my Rollei 6008i
Or with my Sinar P2 8x10 and very good optiques

You can see here
