Sinar Norma spares.

Post by Keith Tapscott » Tue Dec 16, 2008 6:45 pm Etc/GMT-1+01:00

I want to replace the spirit levels on my Norma Camera and it also has a scale-plate missing on the front standard for the swing movement. Does anyone know where I could buy these items ? :?:

Easiest way is probably look out on Ebay for someone selling Norma parts - the fashionable way to sell a Sinar seems to be to strip it into its component parts and sell these individually rather tahn a "whole" camera.

I tried the link in your post Edwin, but didn`t see anything there about spare-parts for the Norma-Camera.

I thought they might be the same components between the models,
I will check further.....
looking at this http://www.glennview.com/sinar.htm it suggests that some of the parts have survived into later models.
Edwin

further.....The spirit levels have the following part number: 431.21.222 and are available in stock.
In january I will find out about the scale

If the spirit levels are the same, that would be great.
You can see the plate I want for the swing movements in the picture of this link.
