Would like to try Trident on Howtek
Does anybody have a copy of Trident for Howtek that I can 'borrow' to test? A few people keep saying it's the best software for the Howtek and I'd like to find out if that's true. I have an old powerbook I can run it on. Does it need a dongle too?

I think launching a nuclear attack from Trident on your Howtek scanner is a bit extreme Tim. Can't you try something less drastic?

It would be big enough for most ULF film though
and it probably comes with ICCBM profiles for most foreign films..

Having never seen a Howtek scanner before I'm astonished by their size.

Do they do an upholstered version that could perhaps double as a sofa when not in use? Might make owning one a little more domestically acceptable....definitely more 'furniture' than 'appliance'
