Boxes for lenses

I vaguely remember a thread on plastics boxes for carrying/storing individual lenses on panels. Can anyone point me to it, or reiterate the contents? Thanks. Dennis

All the plastic boxes that I store my lenses in came either from supermarkets or Staples. I use three different sizes of lens panels so I need a variety of boxes.

and here's one to get the odd owner of one on here going, is only good for 4x5 or 5x7 at something of a stretch

Thanks for all the replies. It was the cheapo supermarket (Staples?) plastics boxes I was thinking of, with space to add some closed cell foam. Dennis.

I've made a wood box with slots and without cover into which I put my lenses and the whole into my backpack. The lenses themselves are fitted with their respective caps. the slots are evenly spaced and in great numbers. (I used a router on plywood) so I can adapt the box to accommodate various lenses from small 150 mm to large Grandagon 90mm or Tele Xenar.
Obviously, the box will be smaller if your lens boards are Linhof or MPP brand instead of Sinar or Oswald Arca ... But if the latter suit your camera, you can buy or make an adapter to use the smaller boards
At home my lenses are on cupboard or on shelves without the caps to get the killing fungus sun ....

Looking at the pictures will explain my concept for carrying the lenses... My design is more crude as I'm not a woodworker...
