WTB Fuji Transparency 5x4 film

Anything to sell (WTS) or looking for anything specific (WTB)? Anything advertised on this forum comes with the usual "buyer beware" advice; it is up to the purchaser to assure themselves of the integrity of the supplier and item being sold. It is also the responsibility of the seller to ensure that payment is forthcoming before parting with said item.

Post by Matthew Paré » Fri Oct 26, 2012 5:00 pm Etc/GMT-1+01:00

Hello everyone - I am new to the forum and in fact to 5x4 photography - I am looking to get some film stock and wonder if anyone has any Fuji colour transparency available. Happy with Velvia or Provia 50 - 100 ASA.

All the best,

Matt

Hi Matthew,

Welcome to large format and to the forum. I've just been looking on eBay this evening and found the following bargain for Velvia 100.......................... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271090554669? ... 1423.l2648. It's just out of date (expiry Aug 2012), but that shouldn't be any problem as the seller is Teamwork Digital, a reliable photographic supplier, who will have had it stored correctly.

At £99 for 4x20 sheets inc. p&p it's a real bargain and if my fridge/freezer wasn't already overflowing I'd have bought more :!: . They also have 1x20 sheets and 2x20 sheets that are proportionately dearer, but still very good value in these times of rapidly diminishing sheet film supplies.

Kindest regards,

Rod.

PS I have no connection with the seller and rarely purchase much on eBay these days because of the often ludicrously high prices - this, however, seems to be an exception.
