Wiltshire meet up

Following on from the discussion started in the New Member section...

It looks like there may be a few of us interested in meeting up in the Wiltshire area.

I've suggested Martinsell Hill, which know very well and Joe has an intimate knowledge of the nearby Savernake Forest, so two great places to start with. There's also the standing stones at nearby Avebury which is always interesting towards dusk.

I'll post some possible dates ASAP

Have left this running for a week now and to fit in with everyone it looks like Saturday 1st June is the ideal date.

I try and formulate an itinerary with a timetable etc. in the coming days. I'm up for an early start at Martinsell Hill but will think of another location for those who want to join up later in the morning.

I am hoping I will be able to attend - the wife is planning a shopping trip with our eldest daughter, so I may be left with my son and youngest daughter (23 months!). Hopefully they will go on a different day!
