I have used SDS light oil (known as Prazio in the US) on an Epson 4990. SDS (Scanner drum Service) have offices in the UK and Germany. I know, everyone sems to use Kami fluid, but that can have an adverse effect on drums, and as I use a drum scanner usually, I cant take the risk of damage to the drum scanner's drum.
SDS also supply repro wipes, film cleaner, Tesa tape, overlays, and other scanner useful bits. S D S House, 9 Lyon Road, London, SW19 2RL, 020-8543-9922

I'm very wary of Haynes, my only experience of them was very bad. Basically half the stuff I ordered from them was not what I asked for, and totally unsuitable for purpose.
If you ordered Kami fluid and tape and they send you Tesa tape, send it back, it's useless with Kami, as Kami disolves the adhesive and makes a mess. You need Kami's own tape.
If you ordered latex gloves for handling the fluid, make sure they're not not powdered gloves, as they will leave powder on your film... ( seems pretty obvious to me )
If you ordered some cotton gloves for handling your film, you may have receive heavy duty work gloves suitable for gardening.
The scanner wipes they sent me leave smears even with Kami's film cleaner, it's almost impossible to get a clean piece of film with them.
I don't want to sound like sour grapes, but it really was bad.... caveat emptor.
