I`ve noticed that the majority photographs on this site are mostly of landscapes or architecture images. I was wondering if anyone ever takes photo`s of still-life subjects or portraits?
I have a copy of John Blakemore`s Black & White Photography Workshop which has a lot of still-life subjects along with some abstract landscapes photographs all taken with an MPP and just one lens, a Schneider 180mm f/5.6 Symmar-S.

hello Keith,my work is mainly portrait.i work on a theme, you could call it more documantry portrait.
the 5x4 has been used very little on this still t yet,but i'm getting to use it more now.the main reason i haven't used it on my themed portrait is because i need to get to know how to use it better before i take it with me.with documantry you are only allowed very little time, but the result i've had from it up to now is been fantastic.

That`s an interesting image, although I personally like strong front to back sharpness and definition with B&W photography.
Thanks for the link.
