Do you mean that exact colour / mono target or the more popular Kodak IT8 target? These are a bit more common if you search for them.
There's a bit of info here on some different targets.
I'd thought at some point of getting a Stouffer transmission 31-step tablet for mono calibration - my enlarger analyser came with something similar but it's only 35mm - a tad lost in the middle of the 4x5 neg carrier...

I find it useful when using a film I`m not familar with to help with lightmeter calibration and adjusting film development for contrast and print density when enlarging (B&W).
The Q-13 is fine, but it would be nice to have a larger version although of course `not` essential.
