For Sale Drum Scanner

Anything to sell (WTS) or looking for anything specific (WTB)? Anything advertised on this forum comes with the usual "buyer beware" advice; it is up to the purchaser to assure themselves of the integrity of the supplier and item being sold. It is also the responsibility of the seller to ensure that payment is forthcoming before parting with said item.

For Sale Drum Scanner

Post by alanmac » Mon Mar 10, 2008 12:34 pm Etc/GMT-1+01:00

Screen DTS1015AI Drum scanner in full working condition. I own a graphic design company in Sale, Manchester and have used this scanner commercially for 13 years. When new they retailed at £16,000. The drum scanning width is 6" and the diameter is 7.5" (so will accomodate up to 6' x 7" transparency) we will supply with a G3 (blue & white) Mac, monitor, cables, all relevant software manuals and some scanning consumables (anti-newton spray, drum cleaner, tessa tape).
We would be prepared to give an hours tutorial on operation and commercial scanning techniques.

This sounds like a fantastic offer. I just have a couple of questions. Does the Mac G3 come with all OS and scanning software (photoshop plug-in)

Would you be prepared to accept £200 cash if I was prepared to collect.

Regards,

Gary

Hi Gary,

We have a couple of people from other forums interested as well. If your suggested price is the leading bid then we will be in touch shortly.

Kind regards
