WTB:Lee ND filters

Anything to sell (WTS) or looking for anything specific (WTB)? Anything advertised on this forum comes with the usual "buyer beware" advice; it is up to the purchaser to assure themselves of the integrity of the supplier and item being sold. It is also the responsibility of the seller to ensure that payment is forthcoming before parting with said item.

WTB:Lee ND filters

Post by Marc Wilson » Fri Nov 27, 2009 11:21 am Etc/GMT-1+01:00

Hi,

I am looking for the Lee ND 100x100mm filters.
Not the graduated ones but the solid ND's

In order of preference:

ND 0.6
ND 0.3
ND 0.9

If I can't find any used I'll ask Joanna but in the meantime if you have any you're no longer using, do let me know.

Thank you,

Marc

Calumet list one at a price that doesn't look unreasonable, and apparently in stock.

And of course Joanna can order them from Lee for you.

I know the above aren't used, but new price is about 40% of the grads so a bit more reasonable!

That price looks like it would be a polyester filter; my price for 100mm square resin ND filters is £62.16, except the ND1.2 filter which is £93.24

WarehouseExpress have it for £59.99 including VAT but it's on backorder.

If you're local enough, they have a shop you could pick it up from in Norwich when it's back in stock.

Hmmm, all Lee dealers are now in the position of having to wait around 8 weeks for filters due to exceptional demand for such a high quality, handmade, product, unless they already have stock. Although, my last order was quicker than that 8)

Hi Marc,

I find I can usually use an ND hard grad as an ND filter by placing all of the 'grad' over the lens. Therefore the grads double up as ND filters. Might save you buying two types of ND filter.

Cheers,

Jenny
